MassDOT: South County Daytime, Nighttime Construction Operations on I-90
LEE, Mass. — The Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) is announcing daytime and nighttime bridge repairs and guardrail repairs on I-90 eastbound and westbound in the towns of West Stockbridge, Lee, Becket, and Russell. All work is weather dependent and will take place at the following locations and times:
West Stockbridge:
- Bridge repairs will be conducted on I-90 westbound at mile marker 2.5 on the night of Monday, June 15, from 7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. the following morning.
Lee:
- Bridge repairs will be conducted on I-90 eastbound at mile marker 9.7 on the night of Tuesday, June 16, from 7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. the following morning.
Becket:
- Bridge repairs will be conducted on I-90 westbound at mile marker 15.9 on the night of Wednesday, June 17, from 7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. the following morning.
- Bridge repairs will be conducted on I-90 westbound at mile marker 17.3 on the night of Thursday, June 18, from 7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. the following morning.
Russell:
- Guardrail repairs will be conducted on I-90 westbound from mile marker 34.0 to mile marker 32.0 on Monday, June 15, and Tuesday, June 16, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Appropriate signage and law enforcement details will be in place to guide drivers through the work areas.
Drivers traveling through the area should expect delays, reduce speed, and use caution.
