Pittsfield Street Improvement Project: June 2 to June 6
PITTSFIELD, Mass. – The following street improvements are scheduled from June 2 to June 6:
- June 2: Loam and seed on Newell Street
- June 3: Final paving course Daniels Avenue
- June 4: Final paving on Joseph Drive
- June 5 & 6: Finish loam and seed and raising of structures on Newell Street and Meadow Lane
On-street parking, for the above streets, is prohibited during this work between the hours of 6 a.m.- 6 p.m.
In addition, MassDOT will be conducting the following work:
- Adjusting structures and fixing curbing on upper North Street by the Pontoosuc Lake area.
- Signal loop installation will occur on South Street.
Use caution when traveling on these roads. This schedule is subject to change based upon weather conditions.
