Monument Mountain Tops Lenox

GREAT BARRINGTON, Mass. – Lexi Carpenter went 3-for-3 with a solo home run Monday to power the Monument Mountain softball team to a 3-0 win over Lenox.

 

Andrea Paul struck out nine and walked just one in a complete-game, four-hit victory in the circle.

 

Abby Munday had two of those hits for Lenox.

 

Evelyn Julieano and Cassidy Flynn split time in the circle for the Millionaires, striking out four and allowing two earned runs.

 

Lenox (9-6) goes to South Hadley on Tuesday.

 

Monument Mountain (5-10) is at Housatonic Valley Regional in Connecticut on Tuesday.
