Monument Mountain Hammers Housatonic

CANAAN, Conn. – Gianna Beacco went 3-for-4 with a home run and a double Tuesday to lead the Monument Mountain baseball team to a 20-7 win over Housatonic Valley Regional.

 

Andrea Paul and Savannah Borden each went 3-for-4, and Sophia DeLuca was 2-for-2 with a pair of doubles and three RBIs in a 19-hit attack for the Spartans.

 

Paul and Kealy DeVirgilio split time in the circle, striking out 10.

 

Monument Mountain (6-10) hosts Westfield Tech on Thursday.
