Wahconah Defeats Chicopee

DALTON, Mass. – Brooke Harrington Monday scored four goals to lead the Wahconah girls lacrosse team to an 16-8 win over Chicopee.

 

Mia Thomas and Danielle Hagmaier each had a hat trick. Hagmaier also set up four goals.

 

Gianna Heilbroun finished with two goals and two assists.

 

“Today the offense did a very nice job of finding their teammates,” Wahconah coach Kathy Budaj said. “We transitioned the ball well from a defensive stop to an offensive goal.”

 

Mya Lee made six saves to earn the win in goal.

 

Wahconah (13-1) hosts Northampton on Tuesday.
