DALTON, Mass. – James Rabuse homered twice and drove in three runs Tuesday in leading the Wahconah baseball team to a 14-2 win over Southwick.

Rabuse and Luke Ferguson each went 3-for-3 in an 11-hit Wahconah attack. Ferguson homered, doubled and drove in three runs.

Scott Hoffmann doubled twice and earned the win on the mound, striking out five in four innings of work before giving the ball to his brother Daniel who pitched a scoreless fifth.

“The boys hit the ball really well,” Wahconah coach Collin Parrott said. “We worked the count and had a lot of quality at-bats.

“Our timely hitting was better, and we played a great game defensively.”

Wahconah (4-1) hosts St. Mary’s of Westfield on Thursday.
