Wahconah Tops Hampshire

DALTON, Mass. – Sam McLaughlin Monday went 2-for-3 with a triple and a pair of RBIs to lead the Wahconah baseball team to an 8-3 win over Hampshire Regional.

 

Scott Hoffmann was 2-for-3 with a double, and James Rabuse had a pair of hits in a nine-hit attack for Wahconah.

 

Rabuse, Luke Ferguson and McLaughlin split time on the mound, striking out 15 and walking three. Rabuse had eight Ks and one walk while allowing no hits in three innings of work.

 

Wahconah (9-2) hosts Pittsfield on Tuesday.
